There is nothing to like about working at IDS Next. The pressure of meeting targets is beyond unexpected and also the product is very unstable. The development team is very behind in making the product stable

Dislikes

The micromanaging in the CSG group especially by the Vice President - CSG. The reporting manager is very unresponsive and unreliable in the context of having an employee's back. The higher management has no clue as to the problems and difficulties faced by the lower level staff. The biggest problem is the "favoritism culture" of the organisation and especially in the CSG group. Undeserving and underperforming candidates are given preference and promotion where as hardworking professionals are treated like peasants
