Practically nothing. As a matter of fact when the COVID-19 outbreak happened the first job they did was to cut down on manpower !!!

Dislikes

Miscommunication between management levels on floor, dragging feet in releasing from MT to DU level thus helping them lower cash outflow, multiple platforms but not professionally managed, salary cheques sent in the era of wire transfer thus making users write e-mails or make frantic calls requesting for the salary dues. I worked for 8 months in total. The company did not find it prudent to release me, pay my salaries in full or even send an experience letter despite following it up even with the HR head, Mr. Samitabh Roy keeping him informed! While many companies helped during the COVID-19 episode they chose to hand over pink slips citing low volumes and vague quality issues to users who had helped when there was a dearth of manpower and high volumes. Biggest issue is that they recruit people keeping them idle and ending up paying peanuts later because of the low volumes. In my case, they did not pay the full salary. Worse even after 3 months of leaving the job they did not find it prudent to even hand me over an experience letter and I am still following it up with them for that. Training for personnel working from home is just not on the cards. One needs to learn by videos from YouTube or if they are kind enough a video provided by them. TLs don't take the responsibility of helping new team members. I am not sure of people working on campus and the help they are receiving. This is something that they need to work on. You can recruit experienced personnel but if you cannot manage the manpower then it speaks volumes on lack of manpower planning, movement of personnel across accounts/platforms, and above all appreciating their contribution to your company. People make companies, companies don't make people. The world is a big place and there are plenty of opportunities. This is the reason why corporate giants excel and this is something that the management at IDSIL needs to learn.

...ll pay you nothing. They just simply tell you that you will not get any payment. Even they also set a new salary policy without discussion.

They are not supporting at all. They are making us pay our internet bills, they made us install a new 20k inverter at our home. They deducted our 30% salary each month. Irony is- whole staff is working, no loss of work, new work is coming from the client. Since day 1. They are using name of covid to exploit the staff. You are being overworked and underpaid
