STAY AWAY FROM VADODARA BRANCH! The branch manager, Kanika Notani, exhibits unprofessional, indecent and inappropriate behaviour, paired with a highly uncultured attitude. She fosters a toxic work environment and appears to deliberately hinder the career growth of employees within the branch. Her negative reputation is well known among employees working in other branches in Gujarat. Despite numerous complaints the top management, including the HR management and her direct superior, have failed to address her misconduct. As a result, many honest, hardworking and high performing employees have either left or are considering leaving. Her immediate superior, although fully aware of the situation, continues to remain indifferent, ignoring her offensive and disruptive behaviour.

Working hours are lesser compared to other companies. Immediate managers/assistant managers are kind and helpful.

...er go on for hours and they are nothing but a colossal waste of productive time. The higher level management really needs to listen and observe what goes on at the employees' level, pay more attention to the process and most importantly make the employees feel comfortable enough to express the issues related to the process and actually listen and understand instead of just waiting to answer or argue. Also, the incentive policies are never clear and they are different for employees from different branches and cities even though the company and the job profile are same (for example, the way incentives are rolled out in Delhi or Gurgaon is totally different from how it is done in Hyderabad for the same job). Not a single HR meeting gets held (usually in most companies they are held regularly at regular intervals) to address employee issues. There is a HR manager in the city branch just for namesake but you hardly even see him in the office. For every little issue, you need to contact the HR team in Gurgaon head office and they are too difficult to reach and it takes several days or at times weeks or months to get things resolved. Most importantly, most of the senior employees are cold and unfriendly to new hires and they make you feel unwelcome with their attitude (of course, there are very few exceptions who go out of their way to help you with your work). The mentors assigned to the new hires during the training hardly interact with them regularly and are engrossed in their own work without bothering to mentor even though they take long lunch breaks and regularly come late to office. Though the job itself is not really that hectic or stressful, those who join are made to feel insecure about their job during the initial few months which adds undue stress and pressure which shows up at work resulting in less efficiency and productivity.

...lot of pressure comes from management side which makes employee productive less. Freshers are welcome if they want to build career in overseas education but pay would be bit less. During COVID situation the best part was that nobody got laid off, company take care for each employee but when it comes to pressure it's something that we have to look market situation & then decide the strategy.

Career growth is bit slow & salary is part of negotiation. Work-life balance is good but yes when you are in service industry, students parents will disturb you often during your week offs & holidays.
