Mangement is not supportive MD doesn't care about the employee No HR team No personal mail ID's for consultants, every one is working with the common mail ID's. No one is involves or guide in any project, Interns are the only responsible for every project. Very rude behaviour for employees. Employees treated like they are working in the MD's house.
