Fake company...they will assign projects and also charge for training-3150 but they don't provide any salary even after working for months but you will learn work other than that you won't get anything more over Don't waste time

Working culture and the leadership is the best one. Open door policies. Any one can freely talk to leadership and also can give better suggestion. Idoow takes care of each employee very well.

Multiple projects calls which can be reduced. Lots of time waste in the meeting.

Every employee needs to be proactive for u to really learn and be competitive. Lots to learn on the jib and grow. management is very helpful and shows you the right path in everything you are doing.

it has been little less than a year, and i'm yet to come across something that i dislike. perhaps the referral recruitment process could do with some transparency.

Good to work here at Idoow, i was learned from beginning level and improved my confident level and i can develop any type of software now. Team and me developed 3 USA based projects that's great experience. If any chance is there i can rejoin without any hesitate.

No payment even you complete their projects it's a totally scam company. I as a full stack Python Developer getting nothing even I completed their projects . They just started avoiding you after you done with their unrealistic project.
