Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but overall growth is slow. Work pressure in normal. Sometimes, I have to work 10-11 hours straight in a day.

Time flexibility.

Dislikes

No career growth for experienced person. No hierarchy system. Junior can be your manager because they don't know there work. To utilise them they will give task of managing work. All the employees are in same grade. Deserving candidates left no option to leave the company.
