Small company so it's easy to get noticed

...in, soon, the company will unilaterally start dropping components from your CTC. For example, until 2016, there was a component called retention bonus in the CTC, which was suddenly dropped for all employees in 2020 and the CTC was reduced. When a coronavirus lockdown was announced in Maharashtra in March 2020, IDIADA immediately took advantage of the situation to fire 34 of its 124 employees in Pune, and all the rest were given pay cuts. Further, 80% of the employees in CAD and CAE were made part-time employees, with only the managers and their favourites remaining as full time employees. There is a lot of internal politics and regionalism like Maharashtrian group, Kannadiga group.

Salary increments are not good. Only selected people will get hikes. One who joins recently that year promotion is not considered, you should have to wait for 2yrs for promotion

Opportunity to work in a variety of areas. Good for people for whom challenging work is important. No accountability.. chalta hai attitude of everyone :)

Dislikes

Join this company if you do not want your salary to be credited every month. You will be offered a good package, but you will rarely get the entire amount. Most of the engineers are having 50% pay cuts and only the managers and their favorites are getting full salary. Not to mention harassment. The company is financially not in a good state and may shut down eventually.

Good for learning Techincal Know-hows in all aspects of automotive development. Good Support from HQ spain for doubt clarification and support.

An European company with typical Indian working culture. In-Consistent work culture and policy are implemented randomly and revoked.

1. There is nothing to like about this company

1. You will get frustrated with horrible work culture, terrible department internal politics, worst hr policies. 2. They are creating south indian people community, if you are from other states, it is better to go home and do farming than joining this company. 3. Nobody knows about concepts of CFD and these people woking in CFD like donkey work. 4. Strict project delivery, you have to be superman to make on time project delivery, if you are unable to complete your work on time you have to complete your work at night, Saturday Sunday otherwise manager will blame you are inefficient and comparing you with trainee engineer. 5. School like environment, you will not go for coffee together, you will not sit together for work. 6. You cannot ask any technical doubt to team lead, other wise they will targate you because they self don't know anything about this. Best regards, Your Massiha
