Currently, the pay they are offering is good

...e a fancy job discription and in relaity, the job we do is completely different. They harras employees and even after resigning, they harrass for due payment.

Pay Scale, on time appraisals and promotions

Work life balance Management Management’s attitude because of which there is such high attrition yet HR would do nothing about one or two people especially in the management who are root cause of all problem

Supportive staff,appraisals are good and salary hikes are good. Employee benifits and good incentive.

Dislikes

Product policy is not as per market. Difficulties arrives during manual login and disbursement of loans.

Likes

IDFC provides opportunity for growth both financial and in career. Good compensation and incentives, have to work after hours but not too late. The culture is accommodating and overall a decent work environment.

Dislikes

It is a new bank still in need of proper structure and procedures. There is no well defined approval authority to resolve problems or guidelines and processes for many tasks that in any older bank is just trivial.

Likes

The working culture is very good and one would not find any hierarchy system in company. It’s a free to interact kind of culture there. It’s high on technology. I hope it would feature in good places to work one day

Dislikes

What I felt is career growth is limited and salary was not good but appraisal system is superb.
