Salary is good and timely and no hidden charged in your salary slip. You get all in cash - no unnecessary Sodexo coupons etc. Culture depends on your immediate manager. If one is new, learning curve is steep.

Dislikes

No proper training for freshers, data is scattered here and there with no proper database in place unlike other big retail banks, with time work becomes monotonous and recurring. It all depends on your manager. No uniformity in organisation culture.

The organisation is good, managers are helpful. But compensation is below average. No work from home benefits. Even in 2021 company follows work from office compulsory for back office staff.

Compensation below industry average. God knows why bank refuses to hire more people at junior level. The team is filled with senior level people and have like crazy work expectations.

Nothing as such. Loans were provided to employees at minimum interest rates

...because of staff loans, management should work on curtailment of such behaviour. HR is unaware of basic policies, when on boarding they say that bonus would be around 40-50% but at appraisal time everything goes below water. During onboarding clearly mentioned that as per banks policy holidays on weekends, but after joining it's revealed that working is essential on weekends in month ends Such pathetic policies they have.

Employee benefits as per banking industry is good if u have home loans

Work life balance, leadership is like complete egoistic and worst, salary hike is not based on performance, job security is close to nothing

It has good compensation and promotion policy for internal talent Top Leadership has lot of focus in driving the bank forward

Dislikes

It lags in overall learning and development of talent Support teams are somewhat inefficient
