There is nothing in this bank, there is any problem, the salary is coming on time and there is no political issue, this bank is a very good bank.

Company is giving very good incentives and pay to their employees.

Dislikes

The work culture of senior employees like manager level are not cooperative and not having complete product knowledge also. They just need the business but they won't help in if any trouble or issue happens or if require any assistance in work.

...ny is only thinking about it self does not think anythink about the employees. Only and only knows how to cut salary. Don't like to pay employees just cut tha money

...orking in company for 2 years no progress till date no crrreire growth the idfc first started to cut the salary last 8 month

Good work environment and culture. Teammate are supportive and the management. Company policy are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hikee and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.
