The good thing is that idfc provide customer a option to get loan even if customer have low cibil.

...ing from 4 to 6 years even didn't got any post or promotion or salary appraisal. Company Don't even provide any diwali bonus or gifts ... They don't even provide us the paid leave for the days we go at office on government holidays. Dont even have a proper timing, job security is almost 10%.. company doesn't have good schemes and not even good offers so that we can attract customer at idfc.

Salary was good, work environment was good.

Dislikes

Management changes every 6 months and hence people cant get promotions. No one gets ratings above average. The manager stopped employees to go on time by giving extra work and expecting unrealistic outcomes. We used to work after office hour in the office till 8pm and yet we were not appreciated for this.

Salary and incentives are higher than what other banks offer.

Dislikes

Work culture needs improvement, you are expected to work even during holidays or when you've taken an off, unchecked power is there, State heads can relentlessly target their TSMs and public humiliation is considered normal.

Salary they provide is As per standards and even better in some cases.

In you are working in sales domain then it's almost impossible to meet target if you are in certain departments , so do your research before joining
