Benefits on loans are good. Salary and package is good

Management is sending 100% pressure on Branch Manager. 9 crore month on month CASA & TD is asking rate. Too much pressure on each parameters. Not driving Target as per branch size or branch's seniority. Job security is almost nil. Threatened by management on job

Good platform for salary hike .Good incentive structure for sales team .Good bank to work for .Future of this bank looks very high .

Dislikes

Nothing as such . Attrition rate is very high ,not at all controlled.In my tenure of 14 months 3 cluster head changed ,2 regional heads changed .one country head changed .

The perks are excellent but there can be imbalance work load sometimes

...and culture, company policies are good but appraisal and promotion are not fair. Company giving bonus every year but salary hike are not fair

There is a lot of favoritism in appraisal and promotion if you are not favoritism then growth is very slow.

The only good thing that salary comes on time.Even in Pandemic we got our salaries on time and incentives were also given.

Dislikes

Aprat from salary everything is bad.Worst managment,no work life balance.Extended working hours.No weekoffs.I was asked to resign in the panademic situation in May and i was denied reimbusrments also.I would suggest not to join IDFC if you have other offers please join in other companies.
