unnecessary hustle, HR is poor - many time helpless in enforcing their own policies, work life balance, learning opportunities very limited, HR grade system is bad, BKC office is highly difficult to travel to.

A very hectic culture of getting things done in shortest amount of time HR doesn't have any power of its own due to which managers easily exploit their employees No work life balance. Leaving on time is considered a sin here

No Clearly defined KRA. Work even during weekends and holidays. Tremendous work pressure. Manager doesn't understand your problems. No importance to employee's physical or mental well-being. Asked to come to office even during red alert due to rain. No place to sit.

Pay and compensation is not at par with the market. Also few or no learning or knowledge enhancement avenues are available
