good salary package for freshers,and incentive structure

1. company working time is 8:30 am and leaving time is 5:30 pm acutally we are leaving in 7:30pm thats very disappointed 2. business branch only focus business but we are focus collection and business, thats not good for employee

The better workplace of idfc first bank as the working environment is good. As the bank is in growing phase. The superior are good.

Dislikes

Promotion process are low and the growth in salary are not good as other banks and financial institutions

i did job in IDFC First Bank for tremendous 3 years of my career. i was grateful to part of the growing company for me . I don't want to say anything , if i have to describe my experience in one word i.e. Good.

Dislikes

in 3 years not get much compensation that was i deserved. i have given my 120% commitment to company. i decided to left only because of better financial growth.

Service is good and salary credited at the time.

Dislikes

Policy is very worst, they ask to come early 6:00 AM and when office off there is no timing,i have worked approx 5 month very worst policiy.they gave very much work pressure to complete the target, if you don't then they will terminate or give pressure to resign. there is no vacation,if you have any personal problem they did not give any off,on public holiday they also ask to do work.

...gement is transparent, There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a decent of 2 years before which you cannot resing. On the job training is not given to new joiners.
