...₹ sales person sales another shop 40000₹ Customer give amount 35000₹ , Then customer not pay Emi I asking to sales person 1 month only collect then next months are that customer not pay Emi So customer asking I’m not purchasing product only amount what do you take your action take action asking , collection manager supporting to sales person take commission for collection manager then collection agency take a commission for case’s high and torture for funding that customer fake I lost so amount collection manager take own agency another name working for collection how to working it so I leaving the job I resign job and resign the job but my I’d using the that collection agency supporting for collection manager, so many customers Live with the IDFC first bank and Bad behavior bad speech manager, collection Executive so same bad speech and bad behavior so many customer That reasons, leave it to IDFC first bank customer,

Salary was good, work environment was good.

Dislikes

Management changes every 6 months and hence people cant get promotions. No one gets ratings above average. The manager stopped employees to go on time by giving extra work and expecting unrealistic outcomes. We used to work after office hour in the office till 8pm and yet we were not appreciated for this.

...ant in this bank....total politics..they remove me after working hard 3 years...later on new manager kept his employee from diffrent vendor and they said because salary budget we are removing you from this position.... If they have salary budget then why they call new employee in that project.. Just politics...and nothing

... a month of serving my notice period my health was not that good to resume work. Even after submitting medical documents my employer terminated my service and stating that I need to pay the rest of money for the remaining days of my notice period and does not settled my FNF stating it's in negative

Nothing as such. Loans were provided to employees at minimum interest rates

...because of staff loans, management should work on curtailment of such behaviour. HR is unaware of basic policies, when on boarding they say that bonus would be around 40-50% but at appraisal time everything goes below water. During onboarding clearly mentioned that as per banks policy holidays on weekends, but after joining it's revealed that working is essential on weekends in month ends Such pathetic policies they have.
