The major challenge is of holidays as there is no holidays on second, fourth Saturday and Sundays. The work environment is very free & free, frank approach is adopted for giving leaves to employees.

Yes company are very good they 1stly company give reference to secure our job taken some deductions in pyement but its ok after 80 % collection company commted to provide all dues and good thing is it also senior not did presrises of any staff

The company is opne to develop the rural and arbun city businesses and develop the economy of the cantry. I love the fact that I am part of a team that market reliable good products have a national calinet base, we work happilyin colabretion. Also like the employee rehire policy here.

Compensation is decent the work pressure is very high sametimees I have to work 14-16 hours sometimes in aday as I have to attend clinet calls inthe evening and sometimes late into the night. Manager don't valuue an individuals unique stenths which is why I have to take back my suggestion
