Joining the company as a fresher when the company was just starting was a transformative journey for me. Over the last 3 years, I have grown both personally and professionally, progressing from a recruitment role to becoming a senior HRBP. As a fresher, I was exposed to various aspects of recruitment giving me strong foundation in HR practices. In my current role, I manage end-to-end HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and exit formalities.
