No need to resign. Just join learn work for 3-4 months and then they will terminate you due to unknown reasons.😄

The management is mindless, confused and egoistic. They can't stand on things they planned. Gossip can do wonders for you here. Only zero knowledge persons who can't clear interview in other organisation stays in this company for long time.

The management does not stand on there words, finance person unnecessary interfere in every matter of HR and other activities, management do not stand on there on own policy and they differentiate between employees when it comes to policy, for some they let go the employee without notice period and for some they want to employee to serve notice period. CONFUSED MANAGEMENT

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
