The management is mindless, confused and egoistic. They can't stand on things they planned. Gossip can do wonders for you here. Only zero knowledge persons who can't clear interview in other organisation stays in this company for long time.

The management does not stand on there words, finance person unnecessary interfere in every matter of HR and other activities, management do not stand on there on own policy and they differentiate between employees when it comes to policy, for some they let go the employee without notice period and for some they want to employee to serve notice period.
