Lots of politics by team leads. Timing issues . Sometimes peoples are working whole night. Those have money problems in life they are working only here.

Work culture is good. Team leader provides enough space and time to work on project. All team members are helpful and work with each other efficiently to achieve deadlines on time. Office space and environment is relaxed and great. Company policies promote efficiency and performance in each employee. It is a great place to learn and grow in career, especially for freshers who are in early phase of their career. Overall experience is good.

Long working hours in US team.

Every thing was good interviews cleared..good monk calls given.. suddenly after i resiigned from the previous organisation the so called 9 hrs shift got converted in. 14 hrs.. work from home got converted into going to managers house were he excepts you to behave like his servant ...when I shared i am a member of NA Narcotics anonymous ( a organisation of recovering addicts ) they behaved in a harsh manner and forced me to go off board ... These guys work for a MNC hahaha ..The level of acceptance and intellect...if you are good at sucking the beep only then they will like you besides the talent and working capacity

It has the excellent work environment where you get self-motivated to give your hundred percent. Seniors are very supportive and give you enough flexibility in completing your work and the way you complete it. Like other organizations, Ides does not believe in putting pressure on employees for performance but develop an ownership towards work. The company also give enough time for self-development so that you can learn new skills and apply to your work. Working at can be a great experience if you are a self-motivated type of person.

Dislikes

The company should take more challenging projects such that It can grow and employess can grow with the company.
