My work is contract based work. The contract will be cancelled 8 months they are against continue contract so salary will be same there is no hike no promotion my job aadhaar operator. This is bade to company please choose the better worker give them hike and promote please it will be best to reach company goals they are set that atmosphere then they get resign employee at present company he or she will adjust other company it will be take time I'm worked 1 year and 8 months I don't get any promotion and salary hike.

Working at Idemia for the position of pre Production Engineer is very good for the beginners who wants to just start their career. Its not pure IT job, its a semi technical job. Learning will be good and it will all be done on internal software. So experience will not be counted anywhere and your job profile will not match in any other company. Pros - Employees and colleagues are very helpful, Medical insurance provided to you and to your family members. Safe and beautiful workplace.

No career growth and less salary even after having experience in the company. For pre production Engineer for SIM and modules you have to work sometimes more and do testing on machine and on different internal applications. Girls employees are very less in number.

Dislikes

Job title and salary is not properly maintained as per experience. No recognition of your extra efforts at the time of appraisal. Some of the Management favors only to the one he/she likes.

Job Security is very high. Only in case of highly disciplinary issue, employee will be terminated. Even if performance is average, no one is going to take action against you except yearly appraisal will be below average.

There is NO defined policy in the company wheather it's HR related, employee benefit related, salary related.... Everything is run as per the whim and fancies of department heads. HR department is nearly non existent except attendance, leave , joining & relieving. And absolute NO work life balance. Whole company runs in WhatsApp group.
