Coworkers were really helpful and nice (they all left now). Be prepared of Multiple surprises in terms of salary, weekly off

Dislikes

Had to give multiple reminders for the incentives & salary disbursement. Problem of randomly changing the system every then & now esp in terms of salary (deduction due to covid) and weekly offs. Lying to Clients for the timelines was the worst of all.

I hired Ms. Seerat Gandhi from Idealspaze.com six months ago with high hopes for a smooth, Professional renovation of my flat. Unfortunately, the reality has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. Despite repeated promises, almost no meaningful progress has been made on the project. Deadlines have consistently come and gone without any legitimate reason or explanation, and communication has been almost nonexistent. What was supposed to be a well-managed, timely renovation has turned into an endless waiting game. Every update is either delayed or simply ignored, leaving me with no clear idea of when the project will actually be completed. As a client , I've found the lack of accountability, commitment, and professional conduct to be deeply frustrating. My experience with Ms. Seerat Gandhi from Idealspaze.com (him and his company ) has unfortunately been one of significant regret and frustration.
