...join IDC technology. IDC management are pathetic.They will give you a good hike. BUT when it comes to salary they will not respond you at all.5k 3k 9k like this you will get salary in a month.an date is not fixed at all.You have yo beg them to process your salary . They had not given my salary 50k for January 2022.I was fed up o follow up with them.If you want ruin your life and credit score if you have ongoing loans so please do join IDC Technologies.

Everything, especially they don't give ve you salary on time, and make sure you don't recieve full salary in your hands.. Deduction on weird bases is a normal thing here.

...ny poached me and lied and promised temp-to-hire. Next, was cut due to 'budget'. The company stole my first two weeks and last week of salary. The company changed my time cards and forced me to work for free on start-up stating I would be paid. Meena the HR Manager and Annette Mc Daniel payroll manager are in on the looting scheme. They will loot your salary and act like nothing has happened. After 600+ reply to all emails and text and calls I still am shorted 6,884.40 by this company. SCAM DO NOT Do IT

Working at IDC has been a mixture of pleasure and harrasment. You get the salary you deserve but that salary remains your salary for the next 2-3 years as the incremental policy is not that transparent. I had to wait for 2 and a half years to get my another increment. Salary will be credited on 7.

We get our incentives paid at an uncertain duration. The VP and Business heads have all the luxury while the rest has to acknowledge their KRA, be it Sunday or any day. On the top of it, job is not secure here. You come from your home to office and plan your day. But the management may have other plans for you. You can be the next anytime and asked to submit your laptop, cards and all and then exit.
