...s A company which ill treats its employee No professionalism No law following No salary on time, During covid no rules where followed They asked employees whose family was infected to come to office. On top of it they do not provide insurance for months Just fake promises like they do to clients Simple basic amenities like laptop also they will not provide they expect employee to work on personal pc

If you are recruited as tester they will make you work as BA , Admin , Pre sales , Personal Assistant of manager almost everything other than your designation.Because they do not have projects now they are paying you so they will abuse you ill treat you and make you work like anything. Here management treats employee like a salve. They are one who where kicked out of EK due to there bad works but just taking EK's fake name and project they are trying to chase clients. But hard luck nothing is working so abuse their employees. Here if you think of leaving company HR will ask recruitment cost, insurance cost and on top of it nothing works they will give you threatening calls. They tell you that uae govt is in their pocket they can make you life shit such kind of management they have. They are not running company they are running a just wasting investors money. Whole world is supporting WFH here if you take wfh for health issues CTO will call you and abuse you that this company does not supports WFH policy and you will have to go on loss of pay. You see that much time CTO has. They call themselves technology expert and they do not know basics of technologies. Just fake credits and fake talks this is what IDC know for. If you want to have a good career in IT never ever join this company

Dislikes

Initially there were some salary delay which has been fixed lately. I didnt get a proper response from the HR recruiter even at the time onboarding. I wont quote it wasn't that smooth.
