...ly , they say he is doing formality. Company is good but team managers are not .client want high skill with low pay rate , that too dayone onsite. And after all I gave a submission, which client told that he is overqualified. Hardworking team with toxic manager is worst that can happen. Me and my colleague left because of toxic manager.

Politics politics politics and politics thats it .... They attract you by giving you salary. And then seniors will try to fire you from company.... there is much more about to write here but i dont have that much time.

The company will never give you any assistance in your job, regardless of n number of emails you get no help and till the time you work well you are appreciated. They can simply ignore you on your bad days.

...ring but don't expect any help from anyone. End of the day, you are on your own. And the accounts and HR department also don't pay much heed to any of your queries or your compensation anything.

Cutting half of the salary. Work environment is very poor. They hire and fire when they want. Chamchagiri is there. Very bad management. During Covid they fired half of the staff and remaining are working on half of the salary. Worst company to work.
