We prove to the company in term of Night shift adjustment,late working,working on holiday,No travelling expenses in late shift, Assistant for new joining etc..but my only consult is after coming back my leave no one is entertain me.I have give resignation but no one bother and no one asked why u putting down paper and also not giving my relieving letter and if want my relieving letter than u have to pay 1 month slary..

...more than 2 years in same shift.. i did not get my relieving letter as of now... they put me on absconding and when i asked for resign than i have to pay 1 mnt salary for relieving letter due to i have extended my leave..i was not inform to the company and not came on time as per given deadline bcz in nepal there is no network coverage due to earthquake all things vanish my relative expired,no home,no food.....i cannot explain in words how horrible time i was sufffer in nepal ..

...s work with integrity. U get good customer exposure and handling multiple tasks. Pay scale is good.

Dislikes

Retail branch banking Work pressure, multi-tasking apart from ur job profile. No value addition. Very slow career growth and monotonous job, job rotation periodicity is very large. You will get leaves after too much hardship until it is for some emergency. Review meetings are organised after working hours and frequent commitments and u have to bring figures on every login day. Seniors cannot keep away from using unofficial language if u don't perform in business and Continuous follow up will just keep u on pressure. No mental peace and satisfaction at all in branch banking in metros. If u don't perform, either u r thrown out to rural branches or compelled to resign. If u r excellent in selling insurance policy, then this is the best place to work. Promotions in higher grades are preferably available to staff posted in regional and zonal offices and hardly any branch banking staff is chosen.

I am working for idbi Intech for last 4 years as a Phone Banking Officer . I have learn all banking products or how to talk to customer or develop communication skills or lots of things I have learn & this is not counted for money because If you have learn banking knowledge then no one can bit you & also your educate to another person .

salary not increment . if you need to comfort zone & lots of family or work life balance then only you can join but if you need money or promotion or Dreams so please don't join .

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive they give good sallary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow.
