...ng generation Bank honoring more delightful customer service to their customers. Salary package is higher compared to the peers. Overall it will be a very good organisation for all the youngsters and for their career development.

Since it was financial institution earlier. There are huge no bad loans in corporates which leads the Bank in facing huge losses. However, with the youngest team force, Bank will retain it's top position by growing the retail portfolio in a phased manner, moreover before March 2020.

...elf is a terrible job not only this bank for that matter every bank I could say. The only positive thing I like in this bank is giving a good amount of salary, that's it nothing more.

I literally hate selling the LIC policies here especially in this IDBI Bank. For every month each staff has to sell minimum 2 LIC policies and general insurance policies, if not sometimes the regional office will not leave you to go to home and even the employees have no other option left and they themselves take the LIC policies and general insurance policies for them and for their family to avoid this pressure. I don't even understand are we bankers or selling agents, seriously this was the only reason I have resigned my job along with some other reasons pertaining to work culture as well. But mostly I highly recommend not to join this particular bank or any bank for that matter. The pressure will be immensely high to do LIC policies, General insurances and other government schemes as well. I hope this is very much helpful for others who are going to join or about to join .Please make sure you read this before joining in this bank or any bank. "Think before you Join".

Young demography. Salary and perks.

You need to beg to avail your casual leave for one day. Frequent change of transfer policy. And very low probability of promotion. Transfer across the country against the request of the employee putting the personal life of employee and their family members in deep trouble. Irrational targets and pressure for third party products leaving no time to work for the core banking business. You have to forget life and do only work.

Beside salary nothing is good in this company. 1. Without proper training they send new joiners into branch and tell to do their job . 2.Most of the staffs' work locations are very far way from home locations. It's very problem for your family. 3. Higher managements are very casual and slow for their work. 4 . You could not get proper guidance from higher authority at the beginning of your job. Learning is very hard for this bank

Salary is good at initial levels. Job Security. Work Pressure is manageable. When required one can avail leaves without much hassle. Other off the Salary Slip component is good.

Methodology for assessing the Variable Pay is area where improvement is required. Policy wise the bank is conservative but management has it own take on it. But this makes the bank less competitive.
