...l. The peers are cooperative and supportive. Company also arrange for trainings. The compensation is good.

Dislikes

The workload is extremely high. Acute shortage of staff due to huge numbers of resignation. The transfer policy should be reconsidered and unbiased. The rules and regulations are applied on a very biased manner. So the need of the hour is recruitment to reduce the staff shortage and workload. Proper training should be given for sensitive posts like credit assessment and appraisals.

Salary, however little, gets credited on time. There is literally nothing to write.

Dislikes

Work culture. Needs to work on weekends Extended work hours . No increment. No appreciation for work. Super difficult to get leaves. No flexibility in work hours or days.

Promotion process is not transparent. Also admin transfers are very harsh for women employees. They do not consider whether an employee is having small kid or pregnant. Very long working hours . Sitting in branches till 8 pm is usual .

You need to beg to avail your casual leave for one day. Frequent change of transfer policy. And very low probability of promotion. Transfer across the country against the request of the employee putting the personal life of employee and their family members in deep trouble. Irrational targets and pressure for third party products leaving no time to work for the core banking business. You have to forget life and do only work.

They follows IBA salary structure.So every staff gets a good salary.promotions facility are good for executive..after 3 years they promoted to Assistant manager and get a good salary.Bank cultures are good as compared to other private banks like HDFC ,ICICI etc. Leave policy and other facilities are very good for officers .

Dislikes

Beside salary nothing is good in this company. 1. Without proper training they send new joiners into branch and tell to do their job . 2.Most of the staffs' work locations are very far way from home locations. It's very problem for your family. 3. Higher managements are very casual and slow for their work. 4 . You could not get proper guidance from higher authority at the beginning of your job. Learning is very hard for this bank
