Job security, Less pressure than other Private players, Compensation is good as per industry average.

IDBI was a PSU when I joined, now afterstake sale to LIC the bank has become private. Bank is suffering due to Big NPA accounts and Promotion opportunities are very scarce.

There is no opportunities for growth..there is no sufficent salary as per the work.
