Salary is good at initial levels. Job Security. Work Pressure is manageable. When required one can avail leaves without much hassle. Other off the Salary Slip component is good.

Dislikes

Methodology for assessing the Variable Pay is area where improvement is required. Policy wise the bank is conservative but management has it own take on it. But this makes the bank less competitive.

Likes

There is a lot of learning here. The more you work the more work you get to do. Salary is comparitively better than some public sector banks

Dislikes

Its in transition phase of converting from piblic to private. So alot of changes in working style and people especially seniors (who actually prepare those new rules) couldnot follow. Work life balance is low. Long working hours. More selling of LICs than actual banking

...portunity to learn depending on your open minded attitude for new learnings. 2. Good pay master as per Industry Standards.

Dislikes

1. Promotion policy is traditional and non transperent. 2. Transfer policy is not transperent. You may be transferred without any consent anytime and anywhere. 3. Work experience not given weightage and may be posted anywhere without matching your skill sets.

Almost everything was excellent during the era when I have joined this esteemed organization. But now its like working in an organization called bank having third party insurance product only.

Dislikes

... bank. Gross salary is apparently higher, but net salary is bow par in industry. Salary structure is quite rediculous where you end up paying highest possible tax.

Work environment is good and staff is also good. They give good Salary and bonus every year, I am in the loan department in the bank,All the Bank finance schemes are good.

Dislikes

There was no future in this job as it is on agreement basis.Work pressure used to be high on target basis and LIC policy basis.
