No job security HR and senior management has ego problem Salary deduction due to late coming and harrasment to fresher or delhi commuter mainly girl is worst in every first week of month Work on Saturday or Over time at home without pay is common due to culture Sudden transfer of task is very bad like if idam acquire some org they simply transfer to u on their payroll without asking and now next day u are employee of that acquisition not idam and no manager support to u on this as they have culture to shift their employee to any company and any product and any dept.

Superiority complex at its peak, even an executive level employee will show you an attitude, which they don't even have. Self consumed people. No experience but still would behave like they're at the top of the world. Toxic teams. Too much politics.

Eg. - Kitne minute ka break liya, kitne minute seat par betha hai (Ab tum 12 ghante seat me bethe bethe pichle 10 saal se timepass karke paid campaigns me 1:1 ka ROI nahi de paate ho toh isse acha thoda dimag ko break deke dekho, kya pata dimaag kaam karne lag jaaye) #Btw it's a better opportunity for an agency/consultant to let CEO knows that aapke paid campaigns me 1L kharch karne par 1L bhi nahi aara - Other employees are helping, supportive with professionalism as they've experience of working in multiple organization BUT jo kabhi 1 colony ke gate se bahar hi nahi gaya usko kaise pata hoga ki baaki colony ke log alag nahi hai wo alag hai - It is more shocking that even old & newly joined senior management is afraid of this GUY - kahin MALIK se kehke humein bhi bahar naa karde *Jab sab apni skills ki wajah se iss company me aaye honge toh kahin aur bhi lag hi jaayenge toh isme ch***ne ki kya jarurat?
