id8 media solutions had pay cuts in place way back in February/ March when the pandemic didn't even hit India. 90% of the staff is on unpaid sabbatical for the last 3 months with no clarity or explanation from the co-founders, HR or management. The lack of basic courtesy and dialogue is horrifying.

id8 is great place to work and get indept knowledge. Also get On-ground & Client facing experience and actual participation in strategising for the brands you work.

Dislikes

Doesn't Provide Medical & Other Benefits, Late Salary credit

Great place to learn and hone your talent. Great clients. MOtivated team that pushes you to deliver your best. Weekends off. Friendly atmosphere at work.

Dislikes

Better coordination between seniors and team, better coordination between teams. Some emphasis on team building between teams while at work . Feedback and appreciation for colleagues and juniors to keep them motivated is needed.

id8 media solutions were situated in a dinghy building that did not even have basic amenities like WC, they had a bidet which was non-functional most of the time, people had to fight over toilet paper. The Founder is very arrogant, passes the buck to an exiting employee & shows no remorse whatsoever. Does not take accountability for misses from the management's end and finds a way to blame her employees.

Can not think of one positive thing.
