ICT ACADEMY of Tamil Nadu has good learning and exploring culture yet there is an upgrade needed in the management.

The management system is not functioning properly and rest everything thing is quite good

Company was ok for IT and CSE domain

Dislikes

No growth for Civil Domain. Hidden terms amd conditions won't discuss during the period of interview. Training head would give importance to IT domain for civil and mech not much training.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
