... forced on employees which binds employees to work under management pressure. Pharma Client environment is very good at most of the places but all time some management problems related to salary slip, cheque submission for bond, appointment letter, PF approvals are very difficult to convince management to provide.

Management never say no to the client in case they are assigning work other than employee profile. They never ask the problems facing by the project site workers. And most important there is very bad policy of the increment cycle. They are not transparent to employees doing different different policies for Office employee and project site employees. Advise to the new joinee is that you have to join after all the things gets cleared.

Very co-operative Reporting managers. In my experience this place is very good for fresher's as well as for experience professionals to grow their career in service field specially in computer system validation.

Everyone in HR and HOD is really friendly, and company makes you feel you are important to them. I worked many company but ICS and my hod Mr Gagendra Dhapte is really nice peson. Overall it's feel like you work within family.
