Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the managment transparent, there is a huge cefeteria. 🙂

There is a lot politics issue, Salary is decent but career growth is very slow, 😐

Sabhi achhi company se nikale gye froud senior isi company me aakar bhar gye jiske karan company ki reputation down ho gyi ,dusri company ke rules ko apna rules bna ke bewakoof bna rhe hai apni salary to hy fy kra lete hai garibo ki kha jate hai , office ke chakkar katvate hai

Office me jma huye inexperienced bilkul pasand nhi hai,Jo company ko duba rhe hai

As I came to know from many people who are in touch with me during Covid time that they loss the job not due to any mistake done by them its bcz company can't keep them. But ICS never ask any employee to leave company they ajust the manpower and keep make sure that each and everyone got there salary on time

I am not working with ICS Foods so I do not know the real conditions and support from the company during covid 19.

There is a lot of poltics and the management does not address the issues. No discussion on innovative ideas. No discussion on efficiency or automation. Still they want full and detailed MIS through excel and tally.
