Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The only good thing about this company is that they give you the conveyance

Dislikes

The worst part of this company is their mis management and politics, seniors will never help you. These people will also put their own mistakes on you and will not help you if you ever need anything. Infact some seniors will not treat their female colleagues well. They feel that girls cannot move ahead of them.

Only good thing about company is that they provide the conveyance

Dislikes

Management of this company is very poor. If you ever need any help from your seniors, then no one will help you on time and will leave you alone to face problems. Even after giving your hundred percent, they can fired you from the job at any time without giving any notice because there is too much politics in this company. If you don't want to ruin your career, do not ever join this company.
