Company has decent work pressure and seniors and Managers are well behaved and helps alot in the work , Policies of this company are very employee friendly and has a strong management system which prevents and unethical working situation prevailing in this company, one can easily Balance work life and personal life while working here.

Career growth is not decent and salary are not upto the market standard .

No career growth ; Sr. Mngmnt is clueless about where to steer the company ; Bosses are supreme ; mediocrity thrives as does "behind"-licking ; antiquated IT systems; : efficient ppl across dept's are fired without proper intimation ; good folks across Analysts, Business Development and other functions have been forced to resign ; they had 3 MD's since 2019 till 2021 - hence this org. is running like a headless chicken ; appraisal is a farce - boss's impression is the last impression ; don't know how to handle employees or clients and their issues ; feel that they are obliging a client by doing their ratings / providing other services ; full of themselves ; Current crop of Sr. Mngmnt is sickening (to put it mildly) ; if immediate course corrections aren't made (starting with doing away with the dead-weights in Sr. Mgmt), ICRA is going to go the way of Dinosaurs !

Long working hours, no extra pay, no overtime pay, no work life balance. You wake up you have to sit in fron of the computer and you will fall asleep as soon as you close the system. On an average working hours is min 12-13 hrs through out the year..

Fact that they are not insisting to come to office is a good move and arrangements for work from home remain satisfactory.

Dislikes

The company for the first time in recent history has reduced the variable pay considerably even though the performance during the previous year was not that bad. Seemed to be a motivated move to reduce the CTC of all the employees although some top management guys continued to get special bonus and retention bonuses..! The politics at the middle level management continues to haunt them leading to lower growth opportunities for the hard working lot..!

Teammates are good, encouraging manner, helping in work. Training was not adequate. Job security can't assured. Salary & benefits are reasonable. Growth opportunities are less. In appraisal process, they are doing politics. Learning is less. Work environment quiet monotonous. Work life balance is very good, as 5 day work culture. No work after 6PM

Dislikes

In recruitment itself, depending upon candidate's background and education institution they fix salary and position. it's not fair. Carreer growth opportunities are limited. In appraisal, they are showing partiallity. Work is too monotonous. Complex product to sell. No good reputation in market. No support from Manager in job.
