freshers in pharma sectors those you interest to work medical representative icpa health products training is good to learn many things in training.and good products in dental Segements and Derma products.in my opinion freshers cn work in icpa for 1 year it's enough.

No career growth, no salary hike,politics in company,no work culture, no motivation from MRS.

A very state-of-the-art facilities in all departments, self skill development, gaining field experience.. In short by working in ICPA one can develope solid foundation.

Product portfolio is good so many of customer know before reaching the customer.

It's people centric company for every decision always need to take permission of MD and directors.Senior HO peoples only there for show them they are following them and making him happy.

waste of time and waste of precious period of career at these place poor management, poor HR Department, Poor General Manager, even they unable to provide the joining letter to the employee even after the 14 month of joining of employee, hesitate to give the settlement amount in the last, and not giving the full and final settlement amount to the employee, there is not existance of human resourse policy in the company
