New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Process They do not give leave easily They do not give promotions or increment easily Notice Period is of 2 months and we have to follow Management is good only if you do submissions They do not focus on offers. DM asks to update resume of candidate and we cannot update any candidate resume if candidate say that you can write it.

...ave any proof to submit. Nonsense Presentations. Unrealistic deductions on pay. No health benefits, even if you enroll and pay from your salary the concerned team won't put efforts to give your health card details tp you. Worst company ever .

Dislikes

...p their employees. Had a very bad experience specially with the Director and HR. Iconma always force employees to work for extra time but pay nathing for it.
