This is US based very good company, there is many things to learn if we work in proper way, I do travel Across india, and also there is many chances to go on international visits too, here the company has less amount of employes and we work in co-ordination. If you prove your self then growth is nobar for the the right candidate

Dislikes

The work experiance is good but still there is no training provided because of which either you have to do everything by your self of you need to ask your senior. Because of no training the senior have to guide the new fellos step by step which is really painfull, also the mangement is asking to do everything which comes under your job profile or not you have to complete the task anyway. Management doesn't understand the situation of leave and they cancel your pre approved leave anytime.
