If you want to explore your boundaries, this is a great company as there is no wall between employees, everyone shares their knowledge openly, there is a great scope for growth as you are exposed to every aspect of business without hesitation, TLs and Managers are very friendly and supportive. In short if you want to learn and grow as an individual there is huge scope, and no one will hold you back in this company.

Dislikes

Joining salary is very low as compared to the work. Appraisals are average and are delayed, due to random reasons. Some people in management level are present here by mistake, as they should really join politics. These mentioned people will spy on you during work, depending on what you are doing, they can interpret anything out of it, that they feel at the moment and they raise fake complaints to the managers and TLs. These people are the only reason for lack of interest of even experienced employees in this company, they just make working here a horrible experience. And funny thing is these "mentioned" management level people have near to zero knowledge of the business.

Good knowledge sharing amongst all level of employees and management. Work satisfaction, as you get freedom to explore your limits.

Dislikes

Work culture is negligible. Appraisals are average. Some management entities enjoy micro management of employees. Management needs to learn from their mistakes.
