...is following hybrid pattern of 60/40. For effective work life balance it's good. And moreover they will provide good package for all employees.

Dislikes

Most disliking factor is the work pressure and dissatisfaction of workings. Then process are not streamlined. They will force us to do over time and work on weekends.

Over all just OK company and can't expect any promotion neat future and you'll get only if your manager agreed irrespective of your talent. Dublin counter partñers are very supportive instead of chennai

Every company / organization would have some or the other which people would dislike. It could be people you work with or anything like that. IT does apply to ICON as well, but it has not made any great impact in my career growth, as I have very good friends, leaders and managers here at ICON. So nothing makes me feel disliked about ICON.
