...ob security and career growth is zeero because not match their decision,opinion.salary is best but no time to time.politics very high level because a old junior engineer very close to one partner....learning, work environment, innovation and work life balance is OK. Project G+22 storey residential building at south Mumbai very crowded area in town but work in progress smoothly and achieve target as per bar chart.team is also good for work support and my major responsibility first cordination with client,lisening/consulting architect and RCC consultant,MEP consultant and PMC. and all contracters and vendors.and planning,check out quantity,billing and etc.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
