The thing I dislike about ICMR-NIRTH is that there is unfairness with the Contractual Employees because when a particular project comes to an end the employee also gets terminated from th Institute.

The good thing is that you can learn here from the well known medical scientists only if you are from medical stream.

Employees are hired for the particular project as a contract of 1 year there is no possibility that project runs complete 1 year. so there is no job security.
