I was worked there in data management and entry the data recieved from various field stations. I learn many advance commands and expertise in data management and handling the large data analysis and reporting in the graph format.

The working environment in ICMR-NIRTH is very good. The cooperation of the staff working alongside is also very good. The work culture in ICMR-NIRTH is supporting.

The thing I dislike about ICMR-NIRTH is that there is unfairness with the Contractual Employees because when a particular project comes to an end the employee also gets terminated from th Institute.

The good thing is that you can learn here from the well known medical scientists only if you are from medical stream.

Dislikes

Employees are hired for the particular project as a contract of 1 year there is no possibility that project runs complete 1 year. so there is no job security.
