In NIMR the teamwork and targeted work of our lab is very inspiring to me. The senior scientists always motivate & support me for higher education.

Dislikes

The workload is too less mostly in my lab, being a fresher this isn't good for me.

Had a great experience working in ICMR-NIMR. The office environment is great and very supportive.

Dislikes

Job security and peace isn't there. Take as much experience and learning you can take while working there. Once the project is over it, you'll have to search for other projects.
