Dislikes

The seniors are hopeless with zero working culture. The work environment is highly toxic which leads to stress and effect an individual's growth towards research. I used to HATE working in that institute. The environment made me feel low always and that I'm not good enough for research. Thankgod I completed my dissertation somehow and left that institute. I won't recommend it to anyone until and unless you are a Scientist.
