The good thing is only getting salary on time.

I had a work In DISG Department as an Virtual Assist. I absolutely didn't like working here, there was no scope for learning and skill development. Salary and Benefits are below average working environment and work life balance is terrible, since your supervisor create unnecessary pressure to achieve your target. Even insult you infront of your coworkers. Work satisfaction was zero for me since I didn't like the idea of push selling customer products by liying or telling half truths just to achieve my target. Even the supervisors will suggest you to lie to the customer if they find you are not able to achieve the target in honest way, but they will never give their consent in written. So if a complaint is loaded against you to the regulators ( SEBI, RBI ) or from the customer end then God save you because you will be on your own. When you face problem to achieve your target, the supervisor instead of solving your problem or give you PROPER TRAINING will create mental pressure on you so that you leave the company. Also expected you arrive office on time but can't leave office on time if you don't achive daily targets. You have to stay late. If possible, your supervisor will even ask you to work on holiday. I would never suggest anyone to work here.

At times it was hard to handle the excessive pressure but was manageable. Also, to take leaves was really a tough job when it is genuinely needed and you have leave balance left.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive. Only company policy are average, appraisal fair but they give bonus every year.

Hr policy are not good. They say something and provide something other.

It's a amazing organisation to work, good learning culture and alot of process orientated company. For people looking to build career into wealth management - highly recommend (PS - you will learn a lot). Very transparent company.

...ment is needed always. Can work in the are work life balance for the employee. Employee enablement, employee engagement and compensation needs to be improved.

... pays less but there's at least mental peace to an extent and work life balance. The only good thing at ICICI Securities is salary for freshers.

The culture and the bosses. Everyone cares about sales here. If you don't do sales, don't achieve targets then they would treat you like sh"t and take out your work life balance because you will be made to work for like 12 hours a day. Nobody cares except sales in this company.
