No dislikes but everything depends on the manager you report and the channel you get in this company. If your in partner handling channel . Your manager will give so much respect and importance to the partner but not you . He will not understand your problem .

Digital process , Good work environment and culture, teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Low salary compare to others company in same industry,now a days there is a lot of politics

The learning, compensation and benefits are excellent. with strong determination if u stay for minimum 2 yrs of hard work then you can see a great career opportunities.

due to politics i found it difficult for work life balance and thus less work satisfaction.

A lot of learning opportunities will be there. Will get to know how to work under pressure everyday. Compensation is ok but work life is not great. Take it as a learning opportunity.

Pru life - The Only player in the insurance space who has implemented technology at its best level. Loved working there for 6 years and love to work in future also. Lot of space to learn, implement and practice. Environment here is so good that you won't find time is getting waste. Work will be the wife here if you work in IPru.

Dislikes

If someone is working not looking at the compensation (salary) rather looking for opportunists to earn variable pay is the reality here. But after certain level you won't have that option then you will disappoint. Company need to restructure about this particular issue. This leads the employee dissatisfaction and also employee may look for another opportunities (like me). Except that everything is good if you wanted to lead a challenging role.
