I'm working in ICICI prudential Life insurance but offrole employee,No bonus,no salary hike,have to work late but no OT salary,won't give salary

I like the environment of ipru here the seniors and Junior's work together to achieve the organizational goals and also the managers of all the channels were guides and teaches politely that how to work and handle their customers in any situations.

...ties and also makes them more loyal towards their work and also for the company. Good pay also increase there working capacity.

Very worst management and the manager will treat in an irespectable manner as a fresher they would expect you work as an experience person if you don't do that the manager will force you resign the job better don't go and especially for bankassurance

...ed for. There is no work-life balance. Company work culture is purely political. No learnings and compensation is below industry standards. Suggestion to anyone who is thinking to work here: Better go for Delivery agent rather work for ICICI Prudential.

I like the culture little bit but salary is very bad only they provide good salary to the college placement peoples

Many of the things like salary and designation is totally not up to the mark of someone is from college placement they provide good package and designation doesn't matter it's a fresher and when we talk about experience person there expectations are very high towards but salary is very very less
